How do I visit your location?

The island of Koh Phangan located within the boundaries of Koh Samui is serviced by its own international airport averaging 25 flights on a daily basis either by Bangkok Air or Thai airways. By the end of 2016 though, it will be serviced by its own local airport still under construction bound to only cater domestic flights.

For now, all direct international flights from Malaysia to Korea need to land at Koh Samui’s airport. For those who want something different, Samui is also serviced by regularly scheduled ferry trips to Thong Sala in Koh Phangan. Once landed either by air or water route, passengers can easily take a 15 minute drive or hail a cab from Haad Salad.

What are construction date estimates and completion?

Construction should commence by March 2016 and the first few apartments to be completed in September 2017.

Any other services they offer?

Modern provisions such as wireless internet and various home services such as catering and baby-sitting are well included in packages available for both holiday guests and property owners alike. Upkeep management and maintenance has been long taken care of by The BR management company covering security, waste disposal, maintenance and infrastructure of common utility services such as roads and water supply, concierge and office and maintenance of public areas. Vehicle rentals (or bikes) are also available. We encourage everyone to just ask our concierge for more details of what else we can do for you to make your stay comfortable.

Fees are segmented into two. First is the Annual Management Fee of 100,000 or 190,000 THB per annum for a 1 or 2 bed property respectively. The other one is Sinking Fund Reserve contribution with a single upfront payment of THB 50,000 held on trust for the owners’ benefit in any events of major unanticipated repairs or maintenance issues with necessary infrastructures like bridges and water supply.

How about warranty periods, do you offer them?

Yes and to be exact, 5 year warranty is offered on the structure alone while finish has a 1 year warranty for your peace of mind.

Will you preserve and protect the environment?

As was previously noted, the properties by the beach are within majority of virgin vegetation and we intend to keep it that way so whenever and wherever possible we try to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing local materials as much as possible. Water sustainability is also a big issue so we help develop efficient mechanisms for rainwater collection and recycling in every apartment to happen. We also have the water coming down from the mountains to help make the land more fertile while most of it is stored below ground from heavy downfall during rainy season. We are also very much committed to reforestation following construction to minimize any setbacks caused by the aesthetic development of the residences.
